Tempah, whose latest track is the third cut from his new album Disc-Overy, currently leads the singles chart, having sold 54,000 copies in two days.
The rapper's 'Pass Out' producer Labrinth trails him at number two with his debut solo single 'Let The Sun Shine', while Adele's 'Make You Feel My Love' soars into the top five following its appearance at the Boot Camp stage of last week's X Factor.
Kylie Minogue is currently on the fringes of the Top 10 at 11 with 'Get Outta My Way' and the Wombats stand at 23 with 'Tokyo (Vampires & Wolves)'.
Morrissey's reissue of 'Everyday Is Like Sunday' enters the chart at 28, while KT Tunstall's '(Still A) Weirdo' lands at 33.
Positions 38 and 40 are occupied by Oasis's 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out' and Radiohead's 'Creep' respectively, both of which were also sung on last weekend's X Factor.
On the album chart, Mark Ronson's Record Collection is in line to become his first number one LP after his sophomore effort Version peaked at number two in 2007.
KT Tunstall is currently in fifth place with Tiger Suit and Simply Red's The Greatest Hits stands at seven.
The official chart positions will be announced on Sunday from 4pm.
