Spears album for spring release?

The 'Baby One More Time' singer, who has been working on the follow-up to 2008's Circus, is said to be at the halfway point of recording the LP.
Vegas Deluxe blogger Robin Leach posted on his Twitter page: "Britney Spears manager Larry Rudolph @Palms tells me she's reached halfway point recording new album for Spring release sez it's fantastic (sic)."
Spears's manager also responded to the impressive ratings of the this week's Britney-themed Glee episode, which featured a cameo from the singer.
He wrote: "Britney & Larry thrilled with all-time record ratings for her appearance Larry also predicting big future for Pauly D with projects after JS (sic)."
It was recently reported that Spears's team had set up a writing camp, where a number of up-and-coming songwriters gathered to pen tracks for her new record.
