NME reports that the LP will be the follow-up to 2006's Endless Wire, which saw the '60s rock legends release their first full-length album of new material in almost 22 years.
"Pete [Townshend] is writing," Daltrey revealed via the band's website. "Between now and then [our next tour], there might be a new album."
The group have also revealed that they will showcase the new material live in 2011, with Daltrey admitting that the idea of a greatest hits tour "would bore me s**tless".
