'Speak Now' is the second track to be taken from the singer's third studio album of the same name, due for release in the US on October 25.
A 30-second clip of the song, due out a week prior to the LP, leaked on YouTube this morning.
Lyrics include: "Don't say 'let's run away now'/ I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door/ Don't wait/ I'll say a single 'bye'/ You need to hear me out/ And you said speak now."
Discussing her upcoming album with Rolling Stone, the star hinted that several tracks - including 'Back To December' - could be about ex-boyfriends Joe Jonas and Taylor Lautner.
She said of 'Back To December': "After I wrote it, I realised that I've never apologised to someone in the song. This album is about my confessions."
