Kaisers lead Brit Award nominations

The Kaiser Chiefs lead this year's Brit Award nominations alongside James Blunt, with five nominations each.
The I Predict a Riot band manged to land nominations in the British Group, MasterCard Album, Breakthrough Act, Live Act and Rock Act categories, giving them the same number of nominations as Franz Ferdinand last year.
Franz Ferdinand only managed three nominations this year, the same as the Scottish KT Tunstall who was nominated in the British Female Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act and British Live Act categories.
Coldplay gained four nominations this year, including best British Album for their latest creation - X & Y.
