The Australian music festival, which takes place all over the county in January every year, was reportedly in such high demand that organisers decided to give fans a second opportunity to attend.
According to AAP, headline acts on the new date of January 27 will include Iggy and the Stooges, Tool and Rammstein.
Big Day Out also takes place in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
