The singer-songwriter's Live In London, mainly recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo, is released on DVD+CD, Blu-ray+CD, vinyl and digital formats on November 22.
Included on the 22-track CD are the previously-unrecorded 'Silly Eye Colour Generalizations', 'Bobbing For Apples' and 'Love You're A Whore'.
The DVD and Blu-Ray feature a 20-track, 64-minute live set directed by Adria Petty featuring backstage footage together with bonus songs.
Live In London will be dedicated to Spektor's cellist and band leader Daniel Cho, who died this summer after drowning in Lake Geneva.
