The 'Unwritten' singer, whose LP Strip Me is out in the US on December 7, struck the deal with company Hotel Indigo after growing tired of "hit and run" visits to cities across America.
The hotels are designed specifically to reflect the neighbourhood in which they are situated.
"I'd go on radio and a DJ would ask me what I liked about a certain city, and I'd draw a blank," Billboard quotes her as saying.
"I couldn't say, 'Oh, the airport was very nice', or 'The backstage of the venue was excellent'."
Bedingfield also revealed that an EP of acoustic tracks will accompany the release of her new LP, which is said to be more upbeat than her last effort N.B.
She added: "I heard from so many people that they wanted acoustic versions of the songs, so we went into the studio and rerecorded seven tracks from the new record, stripped down.
"It's great the songs work so many different ways. I'm still a pop artist, but I want people to focus on my songs."
