The follow-up to last year's Man Of Aran soundtrack is titled Valhalla Dancehall and will be released in 2011. Last month, the group issued the seven-track Zeus EP.
In a video clip posted on the band's website, they explained: "It's a mythical place, really, Valhalla Dancehall. It's where you'd imagine Lee 'Scratch' Perry and Thor having a great time together.
"There's not a lot of dancehall music on there, but it's Valhalla Dancehall... It's where all the North-men went. When they die in war they go to the heaven in Valhalla and have a good time."
British Sea Power are currently supporting Manic Street Preachers on their Postcards From A Young Man tour.
