ABC has announced that the pair will perform a tribute version of Lynn's hit track 'Coal Miner's Daughter' - originally released in 1970 - at the ceremony next month.
Her career will also be honoured with a new album called Coal Miner's Daughter: A Tribute To Loretta Lynn, which is released on November 9 and features country stars including Lambert, Crow and Carrie Underwood covering her tracks.
Lynn, 75, was the first woman to scoop the prestigious 'CMA Entertainer Of The Year' gong, which was picked up by Taylor Swift at last year's ceremony.
Lambert will go into next month's awards as the top nominee, having secured nods in categories including 'Entertainer Of The Year' and 'Female Vocalist Of The Year'. She will also perform on the night alongside other artists including Lady Antebellum and Zac Brown Band.
The 44th Annual CMA Awards - hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood - will air November 10 from 8pm ET on ABC.
