50 Cent accused of stealing lyrics

50 Cent has been accused of stealing lyrics for In Da Club from rapper Luther Campbell.
A copyright infringement lawsuit has been filed by attorney Richard Wolfe on behalf of Lil' Joe Wein Music, who hold the rights to much of Campbell's music.
It is alleged that some words of the song – from 50 Cents Get Rich or Die Tryin' album – are taken from Campbell's 1994 release It's Your Birthday.
Lil' Joe Wein Music owns many of Campbells solo songs as well as those with his old rap group 2 Live Crew. The legal action also claims Campbell's I Like It, I love It can be heard on the 2003 DVD 50 Cent The New Breed.
