The boybands will be joined at the ceremony, which celebrates the achievements of inspirational teens in and out of the entertainment industry, by 'Love Story' singer Taylor Swift, British rapper Professor Green and a mystery international artist to be announced next week.
"We’re really looking forward to the Radio 1 Teen Awards," the members of JLS stated. "We always love performing in front of our fans and it’s going to be really interesting to see who wins the awards. It should be a great day."
The all-star lineup for the event, which will be hosted by Radio 1 DJs Nick Grimshaw and Fearne Cotton, was confirmed earlier tonight on the station's 5:19 Show With Tom Deacon.
When asked about her involvement, Cotton declared: "I’m extremely proud to be presenting the first ever Teen Awards with Grimmy. What a great event - awards, inspirational teenagers and a brilliant lineup. Bring on the 14th of November!"
The station's deputy controller Ben Cooper added: "This is an incredibly important event for Radio 1 as it not only features some of the biggest stars from the teen world, but also celebrates the outstanding contributions made by young people in the UK."
The Teen Awards ceremony will be broadcast live on Radio 1 on November 14, with an hour-long BBC Three special following on November 17.
