The Arctic Monkeys have denied reports that they are snubbing the Brit Awards.
The newcomers were invited to perform at the show next month, but have been forced to turn down the offer because they are playing at the Portsmouth Guildhall on the same night.
"It's not a snub, they had another commitment on the night," a spokesman told The Mirror. "They can't be in two places at the same time."
