Following his return to the group in July, reports suggested that they could headline next year's festival.
When questioned about the rumours during an interview with Liverpool's Radio City 96.7, Williams said: "Absolutely not. There's going to be no Glastonbury, not for me."
Jason Orange apparently told the 36-year-old that Glastonbury was a "spiritual place".
Williams replied: "It's a s**thole full of d**kheads," before adding that "they pay you about five pence" to appear.
However, Mark Owen added: "I would love for us all to go to Glastonbury. I'm going to get a caravan and convince all the lads to go and have a day out."
Earlier this week, the 'The Flood' singers confirmed that they will begin their 'Progress Tour' next May.
