Glass will be the main act in the lineup of 60 artists, including Nick Cave's Grinderman and Amanda Palmer, according to the Herald Sun.
Ex-Violent Femmes bassist and festival curator Brian Ritchie said: "We're ranging from small, local, unknown acts all the way up to big, international headliners."
The festival will run in the lead-up to the opening of the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) on January 21.
