The singer-songwriter releases 'Time Of My Life', backed with a cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Anthem' as a limited edition 7" single on December 6.
Wolf said of the song: "'Time Of My Life' is a song that I began writing at the end of a relationship in 2006 and then finished three years later during a temporary break-up in my current relationship."
The single will be issued as a CD/download in March 2011. The follow-up to last year's The Bachelor will be released next May, though it will no longer be called The Conqueror, as previously planned.
"The new album has a direct narrative about love and optimism surviving through adversity and recession. I wanted to celebrate the love and hope I have found in the last few years," Wolf explained
Wolf will play the following live dates to coincide with the single:
- December 5 - Cardiff, Clwb Ifor Bach
- December 6 - Guildford, Boiler Room
- December 7 - London, Bloomsbury Ballroom
