Called Live On Ten Legs, the album will act as a follow-up to their 1998 release Live On Two Legs.
Many of Pearl Jam's biggest hits will feature on the release, including 'Jeremy', 'Alive' and 'Spin The Black Circle'.
The band released ninth studio album Backspacer last year, to a generally positive reception from critics
Live On Ten Legs will be released on January 17, 2011.
