The AP reports that Manilow and the 'Virtual Insanity' band have signed up for the annual event, which honours the Nobel Peace Prize winner each December.
The gig's organisers also confirmed that Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman will take part in the December 11 tribute to this year's laureate, detained Chinese human rights activist Liu Xiaobo.
It was previously reported that Colbie Caillat, Elvis Costello and Florence and the Machine are also scheduled to perform.
Two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington will host the event.
