Metronomy compare sound to Daft Punk

The album will reportedly see the band's musical direction emulate that of their first release Pip Paine back in 2006.
"We've been recording a new album which is pretty much done," Metronomy bassist Gbenga Adelekan confirmed to Triple J. "Some of it is like Daft Punk meets The Eagles if you can believe that.
"It's going to be a lot of fun to play live."
The album, The English Riviera, is expected to be released in 2011.
