The 'Love You More' group, who released their second album this week, embark on the 40-date run on November 29.
"One massive part of going on tour is picking the dancers," Williams told The Sun. "We all sat down and chose them from videos.
"They are all very hot. There is one girl with curly hair who is my favourite."
Aston Merrygold added: "There is no expense spared on this tour. We have gone all out with the stunts.
"I've got a couple of new tricks which I'll be throwing in. We just come up with them at rehearsals. I have picked up a few injuries while practising. But you just have to carry on."
He continued: "I've got a slight limp at the moment but nothing too bad. So far, touch wood, I've never messed up live on stage."
