The singer fell onto a steel barricade in Germany during her 'Funhouse' tour, and has since admitted that she feared her back would be permanently damaged.
"It's hard to complain [about pain] when you're married to [motorcycle racer] Carey Hart. He basically crashes for a living," she told The AP.
"It hurt a lot and I was worried that I was going to be paralysed and break my back, and I couldn't feel my legs, and then felt really embarrassed because an entire arena full of people were staring at me."
The 'Raise Your Glass' star, who is now pregnant with her first child, said that after discovering her injuries were minor, she insisted on continuing with her tour the next evening.
She explained: "I had a show the very next night, so if I wasn't paralysed then I wasn't cancelling because I don't cancel shows."
Pink recently announced that she wants to gain weight while pregnant "in peace".
