The singer-songwriter has altered his tour plans due to unspecified medical issues, according to his website.
Davies was ordered by doctors not to fly or travel by ground "for the forthcoming four US dates until his medical condition has stabilised to their satisfaction".
The former Kinks frontman will miss November dates in New York, Philadelphia, Boston and Montclair, NJ.
It is unclear when and if the dates will be rescheduled.
