The 10-year-old, who is the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, is quoted by Music Rooms as she names the late rapper among her preferred listening choices.
"On my iPod I have Miley Cyrus, Lady GaGa, Beyoncé, Billy Idol, B.O.B. Eminem, Tupac - he was my mum's best friend," she said.
However, in terms of her career, she said that she would like to follow a similar path to Rihanna, admitting: "I think Rihanna's awesome, I'd love to be a baby Rihanna!"
The 'Whip My Hair' star also revealed that it was "really fun" meeting Jay-Z when she signed a deal with his label earlier this year.
"It was really fun!" she confessed. "He was really welcoming, and he was funny, supporting and I just felt welcomed. He just told me to have fun".
Willow Smith releases 'Whip My Hair' in the UK on December 6.
