Earlier this year, the band announced that they would perform a number of special shows to celebrate 20 years since the release of their iconic 1991 album of the same name.
The show's set included the entirety of the album including the likes of 'Come Together' and 'Loaded', along with a number of the band's other most popular tracks.
"It's not really reliving the old days," frontman Bobby Gillespie told NME. "A lot of the songs we recorded in the studio and never played live."
During the performance at the Olympia on Thursday, a number of flyers confirmed that the band are planning to continue the Screamadelica tour with more shows in 2011.
Screamadelica is currently being remastered for a reissue in March 2011.
