According to Yahoo News, over 45,000 tickets for the event were sold for the concert which will take place in January 15.
The rapper will perform at Detroit's Fort Field venue to celebrate his 40th birthday.
Kid Rock released his tenth studio album Born Free last month, which reached number 5 on the US Billboard 200.
Representatives for the event have insisted that, despite impressive ticket sales, a second date will not be added.
