Sean told OK that he would like to duet with the 16-year-old, as well as write some tracks for him.
He said: "Aww, Justin's wicked, man! I want to write a song for him, as well. I think there are a couple of songs that I got in mind for Justin. Next time I see him I'm going to play them for him.
"But yeah, I'd work with Justin. I think he's a very talented kid and actually I'm not going to be able to call him 'kid' for much longer. He's doing his thing."
Sean continued to say that he understands Bieber's situation of growing up in the public eye, and feels he can relate to what the singer's fanbase want to hear.
He added: "I'm excited about it, doing something together."
