Michael Cera has joined the indie rock "supergroup" Mister Heavenly.

The Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World star, who performed with the band at their first ever show at the Moore Theater in Seattle, will play bass for the group during the rest of their West Coast tour, reports Pitchfork.

It is unknown if Cera will remain as an official member after the tour ends.

Mister Heavenly also feature Modest Mouse's Joe Plummer, Man Man's Honus Honus and Mick Thorburn of Islands.
