Freemasons: 'Radio won't play our songs'

The Brighton-based duo, who officially release their new song 'Believer' next week, said via their Twitter page that BBC Radio 1 haven't playlisted the song, and have thanked fans for their help in promoting the track online instead.
They wrote: "Believer is now available to buy on iTunes! It's been a really exciting ride this time and first of all we'd just like to thank all of you who have shown your appreciation for this fabulous song on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
"Although we had lots of plays on Scott Mills' Floor-fillers show we didn't make the Radio 1 playlist unfortunately.
"This is the run up to Christmas and it's incredibly hard for our national station to chose between the enormous amount of records at this time, especially now The X Factor is in full swing (and yes we do chuckle every time we hear our 'Ring The Alarm' remix in the background)."
To thank fans for their support, the pair also revealed that they will release a "very special" free song to iTunes next year.
'Believer', which features dance vocalist Wynter Gordon, is available to download from December 6.
