The singer won prizes in categories including 'Artist Of The Year' and 'Artist Of The Year: Female' at the star-studded ceremony at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Monday night.
"I'd like to thank God for giving all the artists, all the people in the room and all the fans watching at home and myself the biggest love for the best music in the world!" she said on accepting 'Artist Of The Year'.
"We have had the most amazing year out on the road and of course we wouldn't be doing anything if there weren't people sitting out there in the audience... You guys are awesome for supporting us like you do."
She also picked up honours for 'Album Of The Year' for Play On and her track 'Cowboy Casanova' was awarded in the 'Single' and 'Music Video' categories. The former American Idol contestant also nabbed a trophy for 'Touring Package Of The Year'.
The evening's other big winners included Lady Antebellum, who picked up four awards including 'Artist Of The Year: Duo Or Group' and 'Single Of The Year' for 'Need You Now', and Easton Corbin who went home with three prizes.
The two-hour broadcast on Fox marked the first country awards ceremony where fans chose the winners by casting their votes online. It was hosted by Trace Adkins and featured a string of star performances including Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Easton Corbin, Alan Jackson, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton and Josh Turner.
