The Kaiser Chiefs were among the biggest winners at last nights Brit Awards, claiming three of the prestigious gongs.
The Leeds-based act won awards for Best British Group, Best British Rock Act and Best British Live Act.
James Blunt was also successful, claiming Best Male artist against strong contention by Robbie Williams and Will Young. He also won Best Pop Act, though he was prevented from claiming a hat-trick by Coldplay, who won the Best British Single category for Speed of Sound.
Strong contenders U2 were beaten to the Best International Group and Best International Album by Green Day and their American Idiot.
