'Be OK' is released on December 13 and features the former Sugababe, whose last commercial release was 2007's Real Girl.
The song - produced by Buena and S Club 7's Bradley McIntosh - has been endorsed by Radio 1 DJ Trevor Nelson and music mogul Simon Cowell, their official website reports.
'Be OK' is released in aid of the Sodje Sports Foundation, which supports children from impoverished communities through sports.
Earlier this year Buena featured on the Sound Of Camden album - a collection of punk-rock songs covered by contemporary artists.
