Riley contributes to a number of tracks on new project Michael, but has faced a string of criticism from a number of celebrities who feel that the singer's unreleased material should stay out of the public domain.
"No way it should be coming out, It should have all stayed in the vault," Thriller producer Jones told Us Weekly last month.
"Look at his age, he can barely hear you talk," Riley said in response to Jones's comments in The Guardian. "How the hell could he hear Michael?
"Anybody who says [it is not Jackson on the album], I do have a comeback, because you're not right," Riley added. "That's just the bottom line."
Michael, the first album of new Michael Jackson material since the singer's death in 2009, is due to be released on Monday.
