'Grenade', the follow-up to his chart-topping debut 'Just The Way You Are', vaults from seventh position to the summit this week.
Black Eyed Peas slip to two with 'The Time (Dirty Bit)', while Guy Sebastian and Eve fall to three with 'Who's That Girl'.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown advances from six to a new peak of five with 'Yeah x3'.
The only new track in the top ten comes from James Blunt, who creeps from 12 to ten with 'Stay The Night' to score his first top ten hit Down Under since 2005's 'Goodbye My Lover'.
