Suede have been named as the special guests at tomorrow's XFM Winter Wonderland show at the O2 Brixton Academy.

The Britpop band, whose reunion has been described as "temporarily permanent" by frontman Brett Anderson, join White Lies, Two Door Cinema Club, The Drums, Mona and headliners Manic Street Preachers.

According to a post on the official Suede forum, the band will play a 25 minute set at 9pm.

Talking about their comeback, Anderson told XFM: "We all really enjoyed the tour - because we did a European tour leading up to the O2 - and the O2 was really special as well. I think we all enjoying doing this at the moment, so I think in all likelihood we'll probably carry on doing stuff next year. Specifically we don't really know what yet, to be honest."

Asked about the possibility of new material, he added: "To be honest we haven't really thought about new stuff at all - the dust hasn't settled yet and I'm still slightly brain dead from the aftershow of the O2, so haven't really decided what's going on to be perfectly frank."

Suede, who picked up the 'Q Inspiration Award' earlier this year, will also receive the XFM 'Inspiration Award' at the show on December 15. Past winners have included Mick Jones of The Clash and Julian Casablancas of The Strokes.
