The rapper, who fronts the London-based grime collective, revealed the news via his official Twitter page.
He wrote: "I won't be on the Roll Deep tour, I have to let them be now."
Suggesting his bandmates were unaware of the news, crew member Manga replied: "Live on Twitter you know. Lol, ok (sic)."
In response to whether he had left the group, Wiley wrote: "Ain't left Roll Deep, but I'm not part of the everyday outfit."
Roll Deep kick off their headline UK tour in Newcastle on February 11.
