Sir Paul McCartney has completed his intimate one-off lunchtime gig at the 100 Club in London for around 300 audience members.

The former Beatle performed the show to support the famous venue, which faces closure due to a high rise in rent prices.

The gig, during which he performed a mixture of solo and Beatles tracks, was his smallest since he played Liverpool's Cavern in 1999.

It was also a chance for McCartney to have a warm-up ahead of his Christmas shows at the HMV Apollo and the O2 Academy Liverpool.
