The rapper, who rose to fame earlier this year with 'Candy' - a collaboration with former Pussycat Doll Kimberley Wyatt - admitted that he wanted to feature on the star's latest effort 'Loca', but lost out to Dizzee Rascal.
"Dizzee beat me to it, but I’d love to collaborate with Shakira and release it in South America," he told the Daily Star.
"And I know this is a weird one but I really like Carlos Santana. I’d love to do something with him."
Santos releases his new single 'Like You Like', which features Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh, on January 17.
