A seven-second clip allegedly of the pop superstar's as-yet-unheard new single 'Hold It Against Me' featuring her backing dancers has this week been posted on YouTube. It has been claimed that the video was provided by a dancer named "Darren".
However, choreographer Brian Friedman wrote on Twitter: "FYI the 'Britney rehearsal footage' thats going around is fake. Dont believe what you see or hear till it comes from a reliable source ;) (sic)."
Earlier this week, Spears's manager Adam Leber denied reports that the single would be released to radio on January 7, but confirmed that the track would be aired before the end of the month.
