Johnny Cash demos for 2-disc collection

Unreleased Johnny Cash demos from his time in Memphis will form part of a new two-disc collection from Legacy/Columbia, it has emerged.

VVN Music reports that the label will release Bootlegs 2: From Memphis to Hollywood on February 22.

Disc one will boast 11 previously-unreleased demos and 7 outtakes from Cash's time with Sun Records. Disc two features non-album singles, B-sides and outtakes from Cash's time on Columbia Records between 1958 and 1969.

Cash's final studio album American VI: Ain't No Grave was released last year.
