'Ms. Emotional' marks the former Atomic Kitten singer's debut solo single, and is due for release later this year.
The track was co-written and produced by Toby Gad and Jim Beanz, who are best known for their work on Beyoncé's 'If I Were A Boy' and Fergie's 'Big Girls Don't Cry'.
The song's music video is also available on Hamilton's official YouTube channel.
Discussing her solo plans last year, she admitted: "I've been worrying about it being a success. It's been a great experience and I'm proud that I wrote all the songs on the album. Hopefully the public will like what I've got to offer."
The song is rumoured to be released in April, although Hamilton is not set to complete her stint on West End show Blood Brothers until July 30.
