Lou Reed to play Isle of Wight Festival

Lou Reed is the latest act announced to be playing at this year's Nokia Isle of Wight Festival.
Also appearing at the event are Placebo, The Kooks, Goldfrapp, The Rakes, Editors, Primal Scream and Dirty Pretty Things.
The festival spans the weekend of June 9-11 at Seaclose Park, Newport. The former Velvet Underground singer will play on the Sunday night, whilst The Prodigy will headline on the Friday night with Placebo and Goldfrapp performing earlier in the evening.
