Faith "over the moon" with Brits nod

The 'New York' singer received a nod in the 'Best British Female' category alongside Cheryl Cole, Ellie Goulding, Laura Marling and Rumer. Writing on Twitter, Faith admitted that she does not mind if she fails to scoop the award at next months ceremony.
"Wow! I got nominated for a Brit award 'Best British Female'," she wrote upon hearing the news. "How wonderful I am so over the moon. (sic)"
She added: "I don't mind if I don't win the Brit I am just so over the moon that they nominated me. So so happy."
The Brit Awards take place at London's O2 Arena on February 15.
