Bassist Mick Quinn has predicted that Supergrass will reform in the future.

The former band member, who split with Danny Goffey and brothers Gaz and Rob Coombes by email last April, said that the group are on "good terms".

He told BBC News: "I'm still on good terms with the rest of them and I'm confident we would probably reform at some point."

Referring to his latest project, Quinn added: "It's great to play with other people so I'm just playing it by ear at the moment."

The star has formed dB Band with Mikey Dean-Smith and Paul Wilson. The group are releasing an EP this spring.
