The track, which features on the star's debut album Pink Friday, originally included Eminem but has since been re-worked with Wayne for a single release.
Minaj previously admitted that she was upset that Lil Wayne, who signed and mentored her during her rise to fame, was unable to feature on the LP as it was recorded during his incarceration last year.
"He's not on Pink Friday, so I will definitely want to get his little butt in the studio to do a remix right away," she told XXL Magazine.
Minaj, who is known for her outrageous outfits and constantly changing wigs, also insisted that she is not afraid to stand out from the crowd.
"When I was little, my brothers' friends would come over, and I wanted attention," she admitted. "I would sing, do weird dances and faces, and they wouldn't find it funny.
"I thought it was something I should be ashamed of. I've always been a little bit kooky. Now I realise I don't have to be ashamed of being a little... peculiar or humorous."
'Roman's Revenge' featuring Lil Wayne is released in the US next week.
