Prince to hide tickets in new album
Published Monday, Mar 6 2006, 16:00 GMT | By Fiona Edwards
Prince has said that he will be hiding purple tickets to a private live show in copies of his new album.
The Kiss singer is currently promoting his latest album, 3121, and to celebrate its release will be stashing exclusive purple tickets inside selected copies. The tickets will allow fans access to a private concert to be held at his private Minneapolis compound, and can also be won by fans buying the Black Sweat single through iTunes.
The album has been previewed by the media, but as yet seven of the twelve tracks on the release have no names. Prince is also reportedly keeping the real meaning of the mysterious 3121 title very close to his chest.
The Detroit News has reported that another world tour is in the pipeline for the diminutive star, but that is still to be confirmed by Prince himself.
