The singer, who is currently shooting the clip for her new single 'Hold It Against Me' with director Jonas Akerlund, tweeted fans about the promo while on set.
She wrote: "Day 1 of the HIAM shoot with Jonas. Such an incredible experience. I think this will be one of the best videos I have ever done. -Brit"
Spears later released a still from the video, showing the star surrounded by a ring of microphones, with the message: "Day 2 is a wrap! HIAM video coming soon.... - Britney."
'Hold It Against Me' entered at number six on the UK singles chart yesterday, after its release date was brought forward by four weeks.
