The band's final LP A New Morning was released to a largely negative critical response and the band split the following year after the release of a singles compilation.
Anderson told XFM: "One thing I've really learnt from this whole process of reforming the band is things that I've regretted releasing, maybe the last Suede album, the reaction to it.
"I kind of regret that kind of reaction. Nothing would see the light of day unless I was really, really excited about it. So there's a possibility we could do some writing together but no-one ever knows about it."
Of the band's plans to play their first three albums across three London shows in May, Anderson added: "It's a challenge but I think it's quite nice. Sometimes you can get quite used to just banging through the hits when you're touring.
"I think just looking through your back catalogue and being challenged by it and having to work things out and engage with it in a different way is probably quite good for you as a musician."
