'Hit The Lights' is the second cut from his forthcoming album, and is due for release in the US on February 8.
The track, which features Lil Wayne, marks the second time the pair have worked together after they teamed up on Sean's US breakthough hit 'Down' in 2009.
Lyrics to the chorus include: "Put your lighters in the air/ Let 'em burn into the night/ And let everybody know/ That you're with it and you're ready to go/ Come out in the dark, and let the DJ lead the way/ 'Cause it's hot in the club now/ So don't let it stop now/ So hit the lights."
MTV reports that the song was helmed by the Orange Factory, who co-produced 'Down' and follow-up hit 'Do You Remember?'.
Sean is due to release his fourth studio record Freeze Time later this year.
