Noel Gallagher has reportedly personally secured the domain name for noelgallagher.com from a Spanish fan.

According to The Sun, a Barcelona-based fan had purchased the address ten years ago and was demanding a large sum of money to transfer it to the ex-Oasis songwriter.

It is claimed that Gallagher instead paid for the domain name holder to fly to London and swapped the rights to the web address for a guest list place at his future solo gigs and signed memorabilia.

At present, the noelgallagher.com address does not point to any online data.

Gallagher's upcoming solo album will reportedly feature input from Last Shadow Puppets star Miles Kane.
