The band will play the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on March 23, two days after the release of single 'Lights' from their current self-titled album.
Interpol's performance will be recorded for broadcast on Xfm's O2 Evening Show and guitarist Daniel Kessler told the radio station: "We're really excited. Shepherd's Bush Empire is a tremendous venue and we haven't played there for something like eight years.
"The first time we played there was before Turn On The Bright Lights came out, supporting Cornelius. We were pretty wide-eyed about the opportunity to perform there, so it's going to be great playing there again."
Tickets for the new London show are available now.
The band's full spring UK tour dates are as follows:
- March 18 - Bournemouth O2 Academy
- March 19 - Bristol Colston Hall
- March 20 - Cambridge Corn Exchange
- March 22 - Leeds O2 Academy
- March 23 - O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire
